Description
This is B.C.L.I'll reveal her real name later. For now, you know her given function name.
She was made to destroy, basically a "War Machine" type thing. She has powers to regenerate at such a high speed from any attack. She is though, not completely impossible to beat.
Her personality is of a mindless cyborg with other interactions with experiments, but upon when meeting Xackt, she acts as they call, "Yandere"?
The reason for her is to Unlock Xackt's demon for unknown reasons.

In a way, she is basically a wondering remnant memory chip. She has bits of memories of everything Xackt has suffered in the past, making Xackt very irritated. She is not evil but neither good.
Her weapons are giant pieces of clock hands. Six float behind her in her battle form. Normal form she usually carries one or two. One in each hand~
The red scarf came from Techni, Trance older brother, as it was a symbol gift for Socom. XD Won't say why SHE is wearing it but not, BCL is NOT Socom in any way~
