It looks even better on Barbie dolls, Frankie just can't quite fill it out! I tried to pin it up the best I could, but it's just not...perfect.
I almost want to attempt to custom an old Barbie into Frankie just to get the full effect of the dress! ...I think my Grandma might know how to do that too..I just might have to ask her how to do it!

It's pretty good though.
Yeah, you might be able to put Frankie's head on a Barbie doll body. Since the dress covers most of the body you probably only need to color the hands and upper chest/neck. Hey, maybe you can ask your Grandma to make a new dress for Frankie ^-^. She might even be able to take in the old dress.
