if i can recall properly, i rember there being concept art for an enemy for bioshock infinite that WAS suppose to manipulate blood, except it came out of gashes on his hand

hold and release for an bloody burst.
blood burst works by exploding enemies from the inside out making multiple blood spikes
uses health instead of salts
multiple spikes cause a bigger blast
