How did you do the cod piece for your armor? Β That almost looks like solid plastic and I'd have no idea how to make that out of foam. Β Most Raiden cosplays the cod piece looks really flat and goofy and like it doesn't belong but that one fits in with the rest of the armor. Β

I've never even played Metal Gear but I kinda have a thing for Raiden, and your cosplays of him are the best I've seen. I can't help but always have my eye end up on the abs though

This is so amazing.I wish I could meet you in person at a convention and get a picture with you.There is one coming in two months here in Canada. Fan Expo in Toronto.I'm hoping to go there this year as Raiden in the business suit.But badass cosplay.I hope to see more cosplay in the future.

Is that gunmetal colored spray paint you used? Cause the armor looks so shiny/glossy. What makes the armor look glossy and shiny?

It is a metallic black base with gunmetal and sterling silver accent for that worn metal look. In person it actually looks much more gritty, not so glossy.

How did you made the muscle parts that go on the inside of the armor??? Trying to practice to make muscle armor instead of using other materials rather then foam since i love foam and ive seen foam muscle suits specially for crysis cosplay armor. I am guessing you sculpt them?? But if you where to make it for foam how would you do it??? Those muscles on the arm or legs!!!

The jaw and select armor pieces were hand sculpted and cast in resin.
