Chaotic Neutral: Demona (Gargoyles) = Yearning and longing for a utopia where the titular race of Gargoyles to thrive at the expense of humanity. Demona's blind hatred for humanity proves to be her undoing. Nonetheless, she was a tragic villain inspired by many Shakespeare's works like Cleopatra, Coriolanus, and King Lear
Lawful Evil: King Magnifico (Wish) = A brand new trad Disney Villain since Mother Gothel, King Magnifico harbors a deep grudge against the people of Rosas out of fear they would rebel which is why he knowingly steals their wishes. He'll use forbidden, pure evil magic to absorb wishes to prevent Asha from exposing him to the public eye. Guess what that turned out after he hypocritically twisted Simon's wish and possessed him into a knight (and before that)?
Neutral Evil: Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame) = Fanatical, cruel, and ableist, all what Judge Claude Frollo cares about is himself. He manipulates the Church, the crowd, and the denizens of Paris and slaughters the latter should they not meet his expectations.
Chaotic Evil: Shan Yu (Mulan) = The textbook definition of a terrorist, Shan Yu terrorises the people of China by sneaking onto the Great Wall (claiming it is an insult to Mongolian culture) with grappling hooks. He catches the Wuxia off-guard and attempts to force them to surrender. Let alone burning down innocent villages near the pass, killing an innocent girl with a doll off-screen, which is one of the most evil things a villain would do!
