I assume you changed "SectionWidth=60" to "SectionWidth=120" in the "Variables.inc"?
First of all, with the version I have (3.2.1), only the days were off, the subjects for some reason moved with the hour.
To get the days to the right, i changed line 167 in "Adv Schedule.lua" from
SKIN: B ang(bMM,iSW+iBI+(i-1)*iBWI*iM/iMM+iSH*(1-iM/iMM),iBH/2+iBHI,'MeterW'..i) to
SKIN: B ang(bMM,iSW+iBI+iBW/2+(i-1)*iBWI*iM/iMM+iSH*(1-iM/iMM),iBH/2+iBHI,'MeterW'..i)
(you have to delete the spaces in between "SKIN: B ang" because if you write it together you get "SKIN
"iBW" in "Adv Schedule.lua" stands for "BlockWidth" in "Variables.inc"

I'm having trouble adding new sections. I have added the extra section slots via adding new

code, but after the initial 10, the numbers don't get reported and I can't add classes correctly into the regions past the first 10 sections.

I can add classes after the first 10 regions, I just can't see any numbers for those sections. Anybody know of a fix?

To add sections you also have to config the Schedule.lua:

I've one problem. I tried to change classnum variable in "settings ini." form 13 to 33, because I have more items then 13, but no result at all. More than 13 variable in not available. Please help me, how can I solve this problem?

to add classes, you also need to add meters in the end

It's not an important thing, but do you have any ideas why can't RM display kanjis? I can't figure it out...

Maybe it's the coding of the .ini file, though I change it to Unicode
Try create a empty .ini on your own computer and copy all content from the original .ini and then rename it

If I copy kanjis from other skins or texts, it works, but the original ones are displayed as '???'... I don't understand :/

1.rename the original Schedule.ini that you downloaded to backup.ini
2.create a new INI file named Schedule.ini
3.copy all content from backup.ini to Schedule.ini
4.re-edit items in Schedule.ini
