Indeed! c: however thanks to X/Y now Weavile is BL, (like banned from UU but still not strong enough for OU) and I'm still unsure how to feel about this XD

UU es 'UnderUsed' Pokémon, Weavile solía ser OU 'OverUsed' en la cuarta generación, pero la quinta geenración ha vuelto a Weavile no muy efectivo en batalla, así que Smogon (pagina de batallas competitivas pokémon) pusieron a Weavile en UnderUsed (UU), porque ya casi nadie lo usa xD.

There's something called 'tiers' in Pokémon competitive battling, Smogon (a website) set tiers to the pokémon depending of how powerful and how much they are used.
Weavile used to be OU (OverUsed Pokémon) in 4th gen, now when 5th Generation arrived and then after some time Weavile stopped of being that useful so Smogon dropped it to UU (UnderUsed Pokémon) and along with many other pokémon.
