You can print it and draw and scan it after you finished, or you can just pick a new piece of paper and draw the thing you have to draw and copy - paste it into the meme in some artprogramme..
Or of course, if you have the skills to draw digitally, you can copy the meme into an artprogramme and draw it on your computer
