Give me more of those drow - I have always had a bit of a soft spot for Shand.  I would love to read a bit of history on him.

I have been a bit more active myself lately which is amazing me. Who knows - maybe this will give me some inspiration as well!

I don't know that he had an terribly elaborate one: He was made to basicly be gladiatorial entertainment (thus him being bigger and bulkier than most elf types, and the extra limbs), and got loose some how. Szordin and him crossed paths a few times and hated each other, but otherwise he was just very bent on surviving and disliking or distrusting almost anyone that came across his path. His stingers are actually venomous also. Not lethally so, it was based on Black Widow venom, which is excruciatingly painful but rarely lethal, mostly intended to disable anyone he was fighting or at least make them seriously reconsider trying to tangle with him again.

^_^; <3 it's been so long since i drew him I thought I'd try and do some minor upgrades to his design and at least improve the shape of the spidery bits. <3

I always liked his design before too but it does look a little more "refined" on the definition of the joints.
