That was taken at the St. Patty's Day Parade last year I think....

I remember that one, I think it might actually be in one of the videos I took. We were sitting on the west side of E. Roadway right between Rockwell and Superior, so I'm thinking that shot was taken right before the float passed us

My daughter and I got stuck in the northwest quadrant of public square when the fighting broke out in the southwest quadrant. We didn't make it home until after 6 that night. Not sure if we're gonna go again this year...

It was a mess. What bothered me is the news played it off as drunken college kids who were fighting when in fact the majority of those fighting were kids from the CMSD who congregated downtown after school let out.

i have pics of them fighting and running all around the square...even the 10 sheriff cars and dogs and everything....what a mess it was.

To think the majority of it could have been avoided had the powers that be realized how close they were cutting the parade end with the dismissal of school and simply started the parade an hour earlier...
