I roughly colored these on Sai just to give you guys the color scheme. I have like 54 of these drawn but didnt want to put them up with out color, but with Sai at my back now, you can atleast get the gist.This is like the victreebell equivalent for my region. And it was concepted way back in like junior high so don't even say it looks like a knock-off of that freaky hydra piece of shit in the newest series.

paint tool sai's bucket tool? Yea. its fucking. GREAT. It has a color difference bar right? and the higher the number, the broader spectrum it will count as one fill in. so like, when you scan and its all those pixely off whites? if you set the number right on the bucket tool, it'll just fill it in like its flat white.
Fucking genius, man.
