[link] Β§ion=&q=female+irken+base#/d1sxf7lInvader Pem is a very vague Irken therefore when she talks she always phrases her answers in forms of questions or riddles, sometimes she gives answer which sound like there's more to it which causes Zim to get confused.
Zim's confusion often leads to Pem's anger and frustration and that leads to her brief exit but of course not before her calling Zim moronic. Pem is often either at Zim's side or hiding somewhere close enough to see the train wreak of a plan he congers up on a daily basis.
Pem is seen to be a somewhat "friend" of Gaz; they share a quick exchange of words and leave, but she talks to Gaz more than she talks to Zim, she also will assist Gaz in any task if asked.

also be mindful that i recently changed her name therefore the picture is not accuate

She was following Dib and Gaz one day as a favor to GIR, Gaz sensing something was wrong stopped and looked around, not making any effort to cloak herself Pem held her ground. Her and Gaz had a long stare down before Pem spoke. "Listen, we could do this." "Or we can agree that we have better things to be doing and be on our way." Gaz finished. "I like you." Pem concluded. "I guess you're not moronic as the other alien freak." Pem nodded and left leaving Gaz to think she may not be annoying like Zim.
Soon Pem and Gaz began walking together in comfortable silence on a daily basis. Pem realizing that Gaz was the only sane person on Earth and was somewhat tolerable decided to befriend her, at first her intentions were just to use Gaz, but now she's very protective of her and is basically her only true friend.
and that's the story of how Pem and Gaz became friends.
