Ok, I'll try to answer as best as possible...
This Hypergade is present in Warverse made by ToxicToxicities (sorry for the tag uwu). In this multiverse, all AUs are bashed into one world, and lots of things happen in the instant. In her case, Hypergade went from being an 8-year-old, 4'3" skeleton with a big heart using mercy, to a seemingly 22-year-old, 6'1" skeleton assassin, for-hire, who still has morals but has to hide away their emotions to not give away weakness (kinda like Underfell) and forced to adapt themselves to trust absolutely no one.
And yes, what will be canon later for Lonertale is that she will have the same birthmarks on her cheeks as she does in Warverse. (That's the only little easter egg I'm giving XD)
