Though that line was terrible, it did one good thing that the original failed to do, and that's actually have the main female admit their feelings to the main character. When they came so close to Akiza admitting it in 5d's, just to basically say "forget about it," I'd say they sort of made up for it.

It's certainly entertaining, but the way it seems to wail on Yuya emotionally tends to induce a desire to hug the poor guy at times.

One thing I hope is that they bring back past characters like what they are doing now with Jack and Crow. I hoping that if they ever visit the Xyz Dimension, they'll run into Shark and Kaito; and who knows, even though it's an alternate universe, maybe they might shed some like on that cliffhanger ending to Zexal.
