EDIT: I finally got her information written out so here ya go! I'll edit whatever errors they may be or if I think of more information, I'll add it. For now, here's what I have.

Abilities: Able to jump pretty high, run quite fast, her robotic eye can be used as a laser eye if need be, able to use guns, loves fighting with explosives like TNT or dynamite sticks, drive vehicles, when punching her robotic arm can do more damage than her normal arm.

Downfalls/Cons: Jumping higher than normally or running too fast will make her lose energy a bit due to having a metal arm and hand. Aiming isn't the greatest, can fight normally without any weapons but major downfall since her weak points are her arm and eye, is quite clumsy so ends up dropping stuff for the most part.

Species: Is human but part robotic.

Calm and collected for the most part, anger issues (when losing or lost for the most part against Crash), a smartass, outgoing, a bit crazy when her plans does play correctly or if she see's any type of really nice looking inventions they could destroy anything without no problems.

Dr. Neo Cortex: Was close friends when they were young, dating when they got older. Cortex usually flirts with her which causes her to get flustered or if he gets blunt with her she usually will try to overlook the bluntness. Their relationship is usually sometimes goofy like that or having some nice romantic moments.

Nina Cortex: Neutral feelings with Nina, does care about her quite a bit.

Dr. N. Tropy: Pretty good friends, can see his points and views on things and likes to be around him a lot.

Dr.N. Brio: Finds him okay, doesn't care too much about him so stays a bit distance when it comes to him.

Dr N. Gin: Finds him amusing from time to time, sometimes makes Emily laugh and likes to see what inventions he does plan to use against Crash.

Dingodile: Good pals, sometimes when she's out and about she likes to hang out with him and have nice conversations when world domination isn't happening.

Tiny: Neutral feelings, kind of like with N. Brio but doesn't really stay distanced from him. She'll hang around Tiny when she feels like it if she is having a boring day.

Ripper Roo: A bit too crazy for her taste but doesn't mind it when hanging out with him from time to time. Sometimes stays kind of distance due to his obsession with Nitro boxes or TNT. Finds him to be like a crazy lil' brother she never had.

Papu Papu: She's neutral with him, another one she tends to stay distance from. Doesn't want any trouble with him neither.

Pinstripe: Good buds, usually likes chillin' in his office.

Uka Uka: Not really too afraid of him but at times will get startled quite a bit if he gets too angry or calling her and the others names if they fail. Sometimes she will make fun by calling him certain names to just mess with him which is her downfall so overall it's like a mix bag when it comes to Uka Uka.

Skila (CharmeleonGirl46 's Crash OC): She's her minion, if anything their relationship is kind of like Pinky and the Brain. Skila representing Pinky while Emily is like the Brain. The two are very close to each other nonetheless and sometimes shennangins happens between the two.

Bio:

Emily was a sneaky child, liked to steal things and other semi small things usually bad children liked to do. Her family for the most part is quite the villainous family, her dad being a scientist that invented stuff to either kill or use for his own pleasure while her mom was neutral, going from good and bad depending so Emily was mainly a kid that went to her dad for the most part when needing something.
She didn't listen to her mom for the most part and always liked listening to her dad. Eventually her dad took her to Madame Amberly's Academy of Evil so Emily could learn more about inventing and other stuff for evil due to Emily's interest sparking into all the inventions her father created and allowed her to use to steal things but also to follow more so under her dad's footsteps than her mothers. After that her mother and father did get into a divorce since then.
Emily was quite happy and still loved causing different things during her time at Madame Amberly's Academy of Evil where it was chaos to the other students or in general but even if so, she was really low ranked there so other kids would just make fun of her for being a pathetic excuse of a villain, making her the lone wolf of the entire place, Emily did rub all of their comments off of her shoulders to get by for the most part but eventually couldn't do that anymore one day. All of the comments she got after that seemed like it just took over her mind and body, causing her to lose it and break down which when some other kids were still causing her trouble after that, a certain voice was heard from across the room which being Neo Cortex to tell them to knock it off. Emily did wipe her tears away after the room went silent as he walked over to her, still telling them off which eventually they stopped for the time being. It did seem like Cortex saw something in Emily, potential if that but stayed quiet about it, that's when the two finally introduced each other to them which from that point they became friends right away and closer as time went along.

She managed to graduate and moved on to high school, where she encountered Cortex again and ironic enough they both had the same class times which made Emily happy to be in the same classes as they were before back then. But of course the bullies occurred again not only for Cortex but also for Emily which harsh teens were worse than the little kids in Madame Amberly's Academy of Evil.
She mainly didn't care what they had to say about her but always stood her ground for Cortex and told them to back off. But the bullying wouldn't stop for neither of them but she did manage to meet N. Brio at the time which she found him okay but they couldn't so much click as friends so they stayed neutral and did have some conversations from time to time.

Eventually they had to do a few more class projects, one of them Emily had to do alone with no help which was to make her own kind of device that's bomb based and make sure it causes an explosion without failing which she was excited for, especially with seeing how her dad's inventions of bombs came out so as she was working on mixing chemicals and other things to make a really good type of bomb to make sure she would graduate high school. The same bullies that bullied her, Cortex, and N. Brio usually was in the same classes with her which they got the urge to mess with Emily again, Cortex was working on his own thing for the main project but noticed from the corner of his eye that Emily was being messed with again and she did try to stand her ground but a little fight broke out when she couldn't take anymore of their words again in the classroom and she still had chemicals in her hands but dropped them due to the bullies and her anger getting the best of her. This caused the chemicals to react badly since they were not suppose to be mixed together just yet but ended up doing so after they got dropped and glasses broke on the desk which Emily just yelled at them but before she could push them away and get away, an explosion occurred which Emily was right in front of it and couldn't move at all in time while the others managed to. She finally was able to back away but only after getting hit by the explosion, letting out a scream that was blood curdling in which startled Cortex a lot and he quickly rushed over to her to see that her right eye was gone like it fizzled away and her right arm was burned very badly and bleeding. The bullies and the rest of the class was in shocked by on what just happened but Cortex managed to take her quickly away from the classroom with N. Brio following along but of course they laughed at what happened, calling Emily different types of names as they walked out casually like it was an every day thing.

Eventually when Emily, Cortex, and N. Brio got away from the high school, the two helped her out with fixing her up. Giving her a robotic arm and hand as well as a robotic eye that the color changes due to her mood. Emily was impressed with how much they did for her. In shock at the same time since she wasn't expecting the two to help her out even if she knew the two but Cortex just stared at her and told her how he always saw potential in her ever since they were in school together and offered her to join his team. She didn't hesitate with the offer and accepted. From that time she was now part of his team which made her happy but even if so, she felt like she was worthless because of what happened during high school and the past in general, it leaded her to break down quite a bit which one time it got Cortex's attention and he walked in the room she was in, talking it out with her and even giving her a hug. It did help calm Emily down, even getting her to blush a bit. He saw that she was calmed down but also blushing and chuckled by the fact and eventually asked if she had feelings for him, she was kind of hesitating to say yes but after some time he got it out of her and asked if she wanted to go out with him since he as well had feelings growing for her too. She did get flustered a lot by that but she did manage to get the word yes out of her mouth and it seemed like he had a giggle fest over that and gave a quick kiss on her lips.

After that, she did meet the others that are part of the N Team and usually does her best to help Cortex and the others out to stop Crash and Coco from foiling Cortex's plans.
