Nice!!! I just have to point out that the shading doesn't exactly agree with the light source (sun) in the background. The characters both look very cute! The lines are very well drawn, and love the shading there! Also, the "Sparks to the rescue" seems flat compared to the shape of the leg that it should follow. Overall,great drawing! <3<3

The background seems fine, only thing I notice you could improve is the leg that says "sparks to the rescue" is a little fat. Otherwise its really good.
