It's perfect as it is, but I would prefer with that effect and the arch it looked like an old new photo, and specially the taxis proves the exact opposite...

Hi, I know that, and at the beginning I wanted to get that effect. I made some manipulation, I removed some cables and other small elements, but I didn't remove the people and the taxis, because I thought it would be worse that way, it would be very artificial and forced, this way you still cannot easily identify if the photo is from the 80's, 90's, or 2000's, and it was taken a couple of years ago. It's really focused on the building itself and not on the age of the photo, trying to deceive the observers.

You're right, still, I just personally prefer even more old-fashioned stuff.

De nada

First of all, thanks for the comment and fav
about Lisbon... my favorite city, I love it. A very welcoming city, full of great places to visit, lots of history, but also lots of places to go out with friends and have fun, and you also have good Universities. What can I say more... You will love the food, everybody loves portuguese food... the weather is very good, Lisbon is a very sunny city always full of light... Well, I could spend a hole day talking about Lisbon...

no prob. what's Portuguese food like? is it at all similar to Mexican food? also, I don't know any Portuguese and I'm sure they wouldn't like it if i spoke Spanish, so i guess that means i would have to speak english. i would be learning Portuguese while i'm there though.

Portuguese food is... delicious, yummy... normally very tasty, but despite that, it's also considered to be quite healthy as the majority of the so called Mediterranean diets. I don't really know Mexican food
As for the language, if you know some Spanish, that can help, specially if you talk to people who don't know any English, because they might understand what you are saying in Spanish, it's not that different from Portuguese. Young people normally do know English. And don't worry we wont be mad at you if you speak Spanish only if you say that Portugal is part of Spain... Just kidding, we are peaceful

i'm getting hungry just thinking of the possibilities. as far as spanish goes, i've taken about 10 years so i'm pretty good there. and i know portugal is not part of spain.
