Yes. They get two kids, Ophelia dies at the age of 25 and Daniel gets one kid. Maybe that kid will get kids, but we don't know that yet.
The other parts of the family get more kids, though. Krispy's bro gets two daughters, of which they both get at least one kid. Franzy's bro will have an adopted daughter and I can imagine her getting a kid, too. Franzy's niece gets one girl, but that ends over there.

Yeah, Miles. Adopted brother, but seeing as it's been that case ever since she was three years old, she sees him as her real brother. Even though she'll never admit it.
Ophelia, Daniel, Phoebe, Emily, Emma and Trucy is one generation and then at least three more, so nine, at least. Four of them carry the Von Karma genes and seven carry the Gavin genes.
