luna's hair makes sense and looks more like a night princess (to me) and like her old mane style, celestia looks more like a sun princess, and cadence... yeah i just went ham on her just because i could. but i guess she looks a lil more like a love princess?

princess luna:
- princess lunar meadow, or “luna”, goes by they/she pronouns. they’re autistic, and have bpd. they were corrupted and turned into nightmare moon all those years ago due to their self-hatred, being neglected by starswirl and celestia, and being emotionally manipulated by those around them who they felt didn’t value their feelings or night. they felt trapped inside of a shadow of what they had become, and after nightmare moon was banished from their body by the elements, they felt incredibly guilty for their actions, and tortured themselves with the tantabus. she has since largely recovered from her feelings of guilt, and rebuilt a relationship with celestia, feeling bitter towards starswirl as many do, and uses her dreamwalking powers to help anycreature she can from within the castle, as social events make her feel uncomfortable

- princess celestial glow, or “celestia”, goes by she/her +any pronouns. she was reckless, prideful, and self-absorbed in her youth, and failed to understand her younger sister or see what she was doing to them until it was too late. it was only after she banished her sister to the moon that she learned from her mistakes and matured, and behind closed doors she grieved for her sister for the thousand years that they were banished for. she goes out and socializes, joins in with activities, and explores more than she used to, while still performing her princessly duties. she doesn’t desire a partner, and never has

empress cadence:

- empress cadence heart goes by he/she pronouns. after breaking up with shining because shining realized his feelings were fading and he had feelings for sunburst and flash, and cadance wasn’t comfortable with long-term relationships, they left off on good terms as friends. cadence began amassing a court of lovers, who he would simply task with spreading romantic love all over equestria and beyond, while having a short but happy relationship with cadence. the most prominent members of her court are treehugger, sunshine smiles, and roseluck
