the pond just ouside ryde swimming pool is such a grat place to take photos of swans cos you can hire a swan boat and get right up close to them without scaring them and yet they act so natural

It is isn't it? I haven't tried that before simply because I can't swim and really hate water so I'd be too terrified of it, but they are pretty docile...some people say that they've chased them hissing and stuff but it's never happened to me!

Swans can be very agressive and terrotorial my gf got attacked by one and chased her down a park lol, I love swans they just seem so magistic I guess there the same as any animal once you enter there circle of fear they do what all animals do and either retreat or fight!
