Description
This is a customizeable female base model from MStar.Took me a bit to work this out but i'm satisfied for now
As said in the pic you can do all customization directly in XPS. How? As follows:
1. For face and body shape edits there are bones starting with Xcustomize. The 'X' is there so they are all grouped at the bottom of the bone list in XPS, making it easier for you to find them. Rotate, Scale or Move these bones around to edit the body and face shape of the model. Some bones can NOT be moved too extremely (because i'm not a master at rigging AND it wouldn't rly be realistic anyway).
2. As you can see on this image, and the included Reference.jpg in the download, there are multiple face, eye and lip texture variations available. They are all stored in optional items and their names there are the same as written above (and on Reference.jpg). This should save you the time clicking through all of them. In order to make them display properly disable the Head-01 and Eyes-01 ones first though. Your pose (aka customization) will appear on all faces equally.
When you are done with a face/body shape you like you can save the pose or save the character to a new model folder using these options in the 'Modify' tab:
Settings
Have fun
NOTE: I AM aware that i included 'nude' textures without the underwear painted on. That doesn't mean i want you to use this for your desperate sex fantasies with 3d models. Do NOT re-release this just because you thought i'm dumb and forgot those textures in there. They are for people who want to put for example sleeveless shirts or hotpants on this, as my main intention with these bases is to help beginner modders, who can not yet edit faces as they'd like them to look in 3d programs like blender.
Use for fanart and educational purposes only.
Do NOT use for mature content and also do not sell anything you created using this model.
Thank You!

Hi, I like how this base gives variety of possibilities. Will probably work wit this one ^^
I downloaded XNAlara a few days ago, it's the only 3D program my computer is accepting, So I can't create my own stuff. I used some finished models to see how things works and now I want to make a OC So this base seems perfect for thant. I also get some useful advice on how to put optinal items like clothes, hair and more incude a astuce on how to get heterochromia eyes, so I want to test it
Thanks for sharing ^^

Is it allright if it doesn't have something to do with the game ?
Oh, and if you wereΒ Crofty before, that means it was you who imported the Sim horse ? (founed them on a forum but they were all turned the wrong way, also there is one of the black version on DA that was re-rigged I think). It could be nice to see the other colors on DA

Yeah i did that, but i don't really have the files for that anymore >< If you still have any color of it and could send me the model i can make a reupload of all the other colors.

Cool ^^ Can't waint to see that
Also, I've a little question. Now the character have the eyse in two differents colors, but it's still as optional. How can I make it a part of the model instead of optional ? Is it possible ? Or do I have to use the default face and lips and change the color of the default eyes ?

Effectively I missed the "modify armature according to the curent pose" part. I'll do that ^^
Thanks

Now I know what the problem was. When I saved the first time, I dit make all optionals (but not the part I wanted to use) and didn't save as default. Now I know that it was a fault. That's why it doesn't show when uploading the base, I have to make it optional again and save it as default.Β
But since my character is suposed to be millitary related I've finally chosed to use a body with some muscles.
Still I may use the MStar base for another OC character

You must forgive me, but I just started using this program today (and working with 3D in general). When I download this file, where do I save it in the XPS folder to make this available? Thank you!

How much is configurable and how exactly, things just seem to move to the left or the right or rotate so I assume things don't exactly 'Expand'.Β I've figured the face out but anything beyond it seems uneditable since it only moves or rotates but not really expands.
π: 0 β©: 2
xCrofty In reply to Lorisor [2015-12-12 19:22:31 +0000 UTC]
Use the 'Scale' option instead of move and rotate on the cutomize bones.
You can't do amazing things with this but to some extend it will work fine.
π: 0 β©: 1
Lorisor In reply to xCrofty [2015-12-12 19:31:20 +0000 UTC]
Thanks because I was originally using an older version the 'Scale' option didn't exist.
Also...is there a simpler way to add clothing(it's my first time afterall) or is the Blender Method the only method of doing it?
π: 0 β©: 1
xCrofty In reply to Lorisor [2015-12-12 20:19:05 +0000 UTC]
Oh okie^^
Uhm it is somehow possible to add clothing in XPS but i usually use blender so i don't know how exactly that works ><

Really Great Model! I can finally make some asian-looking OCs (or even copy korean idols). I really enjoyed playing this dancing game for some time. My problem is that the left hand wrist bone is missing.

Interesting model!
By the wayΒ XNAMall , if you don't mind me asking: Is there a reason why you don't upload the models to your dA-gallery directly, and instead use (time limited) third party services to host your ported models?
π: 0 β©: 1
xCrofty In reply to asdjol [2015-07-07 14:04:55 +0000 UTC]
If i did that and someone reports a deviation my account could get banned overall, while using third party sites will only get that particular host banned while my other stuff is safe.
I had bad experience with hosting directly on dA.

asdjol In reply to xCrofty [2015-07-07 14:47:49 +0000 UTC]
*Sigh* That explains the situation.
Anyway, you need to log in to your third party services once in a while in order for them not to remove your models, right?
π: 0 β©: 1
xCrofty In reply to asdjol [2015-07-10 22:30:05 +0000 UTC]
Yes i need to, but since i upload models often i login there anyway

So... Is there any chance your models from your Crofty-days will be re-uploaded (assuming that you're Crofty)?
π: 0 β©: 1
xCrofty In reply to asdjol [2015-07-10 23:42:05 +0000 UTC]
It depends which model(s) you want
Esp the very old ones could be lost but maybe I still have the model you want

asdjol In reply to xCrofty [2015-07-12 00:23:10 +0000 UTC]
Oh... I started with XNALara quite late (less than 3 years ago), so I think your old Crofty-account had already been deactivated. Because of that, I might have seen some of your (very) old models, but they could as well have been Razkurdt's, RoxasKennedy's or rexil's.
In the best of worlds, a good solution would be if you could re-upload the old ones you have, so people could have a chance to download (and preserve) them. I might then be able to recognise (a few of) them. But on the other hand, I'm aware it wouldn't be a realistic solution for you because of your other assignments in real life (you are a German after all, and I know how hard you Germans work).
It would be a shame if some of your models are lost in time, considering the time, effort and work you've put into doing them.

Can you fix her eyes?
When I rotate her eyes, it make a bug point on her reflection eyes and her eyes
You can see that when you rotate her balleyes to left or right

Ooh this looks great. I remember looking at these models a while back but couldn't find a posable face and assumed they used flexes like in source games.
Did you find a posable head or add your own face posing? I'd love to use this as a base for oufits from the game if it has face posing.
*I'm at work and can't check out the model for a while.

Its all about the base, bout the base, no treble...
Finally a REAL base and not some headhacked/bodyswapped DoA model like some people are so fond of hacking.
