I'm pretty sure this is a King Cobra, Ophiophagus hannah. The large scales on the top and sides of its head are very characteristic of cobras.

no, wasent one, they dident have one, besides this is one is way too small for a king cobra, they had other cobras though

The size was hard to judge by the photo. I still think it's some kind of cobra.
