Finally P2U lines!!These are my precious kitty bases... This value pack comes with cat, winged cat, and phoenix cat lines!!

only thing is, my pse 9 is messed up so I cant put colors on top of colors

If you buy the lines, it comes with the color actually in it! You just select the "color here!" layer and color inside of it. You don't even have to worry about coloring out of the lines!
