  Wow, I was browsing through the submissions on Zerna's journal, and thus far, this is my favourite submission. <3 The expression on Zeith's face is foreboding, but the use of body language is superb. And the DETAIL. asphagsda~ So fantastic. The different textures and components of the background, the sheen on the axes, the sheen on Zeith's boot and glove tags- and, even more impressive, the sheen on each individual chain link! The attention to detail is amazing, and highlighting and shading is spot on. Zeith's shadow is great, and the shape and stretch seems spot on. You made a dark picture look fantastic without over-shading; shading is an area I have problems with. Over-shading, under-shading, forgetting to shade at all (oops, haha) are what I excel at. ;-;

  Buuut, I must say, my favourite part of the whole picture is the eyes. The colouring on them is fantastic. They have great depth, they have subtle reflections, and they are shaded realistically and beautifully.

So, overall, this picture is great. I give you a gold star for how awesome this is. <3 Fantastic job, I think it's time for a trip through your gallery. I wish you luck on Zerna's contest. C:
