My other Max Steel oc, Celia Hudson. She met her Ultra-Link partner, Gem, by accident one day. Gem was being chased by one of the elementors, and accidentally formed a bond with Celia. Poor Celia freaked out by the sudden suit permanently attached to her body. Gem wasn't too found of her permeant partner either. She thought she was too special to be paired up with a puny human girl for the rest of her life. But unfortunately for her, she needed Celia to help fight off the elementor. Their first battle together was a disaster, the two could not work together properly. But eventually, they warmed up to each other, and learned how to operate as a team.Max Steel belongs to Mattel

Yep! In fact, in the old Max Steel, Troy Winter's old counterpart, was an extreme sports competitor to Max.
The counterpart can be like both Psycho and the old Extroyer (who seeks challenges) as an archrival and frenemy to Max.
