So I've wanted to upload the older BA pages up to DA for a while, just so that if you REALLY wanted to, you could read the whole thing on DA instead of having to go to the BA site to do so; I dunno why that's so important to me but there it is!
Anyway, instead of uploading the 42 pages before I started uploading to DA and spamming my gallery/scraps with comics that areβlet's face itβmostly not up to my own current art standards, and instead of just putting it off forever and telling myself that I'd do it if/when I went back and redid the first two and a half chapters... I'll just upload them by chapter.

ANYWAY. So here we are, the first chapter of Bowspirit's Aim, which originally was uploaded to Keenspace/ComicGenesis from October 20th, 2002 to November 6th, 2003. The title page was painted much later, in late October 2004 (it wasn't 'til lately that I actually got caught up on my title pages, haha).
Bowspirit's Aim is an ongoing quasi-fantasy webcomic currently updating every Tuesday, and about the same time (hopefully!) here on ~xella . It originally launched on November 6th, 2001 on KeenSpace (now ComicGenesis), but has moved to my personal domain (and DA) for convenience's sake since.

I've had he realization that Past Secrets will be 11 years old on the 19th.
I have friends with children younger than that.

Yeah, BA in its current incarnation will be 10 this year (ten fucking years and ~73 pages to show for it, christ), though parts of the story and characters date back probably another five or six years before that.
It's really awkward to look at something that old and see how little has actually changed in some places. I was in Eighth grade when Sevvie was created (by Rachel, who was in Seventh... hence the name, rofl). The core of her character really hasn't changed much since then, though the details of her life and so on have... for the better, I think, but yeah

OH THAT REMINDS ME THOUGH, speaking of Past Secrets... there's a guy in my guild named Legacy and I was going through my old art folders and stuff and stumbled across some quote by your Legacy, and heard it in his voice, and got really confused since I don't usually hear character voices in my head. Cool story, bro >_>;;
