There are a lot of colored pencil tiger images out there, but this one has depth that calls to me somehow. Maybe it's the gaze of the round, amber eyes. The shape of the head is very appealing. Even the mouth, instead of looking savage, is very refined and delicate.

The eyes were supposed to be the focal point, and as it strayed farther from the eyes, I made it less
detailed. As for finding all the details and quirks that make up this piece, it made me really happy
inside. Thank you for the nice words. :')

Thank you dear! I kinda made it fall short while doing the muzzle so I made up for it by amping up
the texture on the other parts. It wasn't as complicated as I thought..it's almost like brushing hair.
You go in the direction you think you're supposed to go,... it's really fascinating!

Ah Tigers...I really love them. This is flawlessly done. I think the eyes really draw the viewer in; they're crystal-clear and the way the light seems to reflect on them is perfect. Thank you for sharing this!

Thank you! I looked at a lot of pictures of tigers and looked closely how the light
bounced and where the shadows stuck. The acrylic whites really did put the icing on the cake!
