Although I would agree with you that there is a lot of "soft core porn" on DeviantART, this is not really one of them. The girl is wearing clothes, we can't even see her panties or anything because of the "proper" way she is sitting. She is no worse dressed than someone you might see on the street, casually even. This really just looks like a casual modeling pose to me.
