There are a number of things I like about the direction you're taking here, and some areas of opportunity. I like the lighting and the contrasting sharpness between the foreground and the background. I basically like the costume but I think that the shorts under the garter and the bracelets should go. I think you best bet is to lose the shorts completely or to wear tights, but the shorts just don't feel right. I absolutely love the hair (I assume its a wig?) and think that more ornate make up would really make it pop. Especially around the eyes. The costume design is playful and a little naughty, and I think that a more playful pose and expression would really bring that out. The pose your using is a very conventional model pose, and in a fashion context is very good, but a design like this something more relaxed would match the overall tone better. Its a solid effort and really worth pursuing!

You asked for a critique, and I'm going to be very honest here. I apologize if I sound rude, but that's not my intention.
Here, we have a portrait of a gorgeous girl with an unusual hairstyle and outfit. I presume you were looking for a heroine-like model, appearing unreal and different, yet I don't feel any vibe or emotion here.
In other words, I see a girl posing with her cigarette, which is being held in a very unnatural manner. Her expression doesn't say much. Perhaps if her chin was a bit lower, with the smoke coming out of her mouth?

I love Stella she is a very pretty model and I love your work bringing out the best in models using different unique poses. Normally your pictures say something and I can let my imagination flow this picture is flat not doing anything for me. Sorry I am not an expert perhaps I am wrong?

it's funny but to me this image looks more like a good poser/daz type image than a photograph..in particular the crisp near focus picking out fine details like her arm hairs (which are cute btw) contrasting with a dof blurred backdrop which i guess is enhanced by the strong foreground lighting..
