I seem to be doing a lot of Splatoon stuff lately...whatever, truthfully I was planning to show these characters for a while but wanted to beat single player mode first. I know these doodles aren't very good...I'm not good with humanoids, even when hand-drawing. Still this at least gets the designs out and I can explain the characters.

None of these FC's are meant to represent me or anyone else, they are only meant to be their own characters.

The bios for each character from left to right:

Name: Skyler. Junior(Nickname: Sky)
Age: 15

Affiliation: Octarians
Other info: Lost into the sewers as a baby squid, little Sky found himself in the home of the Octarians, though most of the octopi were confused on what to do with the young squid, one Octostriker by the name of Skyler decided to take it upon himself to raise the young cephalopod as his own.

It was no secret to Sky growing up that he was different from all the others that lived around him, though he didn't learn that he was a squid(or even what a squid was) until he asked his father why. It didn't bother him too much, his father had never kept it a secret that he was adopted, and finding out he was of a different species made little difference, his father treated him as if he were his own flesh and ink, and that's what mattered.

During the years before Sky could fully take on humanoid form, he spent most of the time shadowing his father, as he wasn't widely accepted by the other octopi, though he wasn't outright hated either, it was more like...passive-aggressive indifference. However he did manage to befriend a young octoling named Mallory, who would become his best friend and they would eventually join the Octoling Corps together.

Sky will often sneak Mallory to the surface with a hat to hide tentacles. He doesn't really know how to talk to other inklings when he encounters them, other than Bubble. He wears his tentacles in a way that is supposed to mimic how an Octostrike's look, but most think they just come off as looking like big floppy ears.

Sky can be a little ignorant to what goes on around him at times, but he seems to be very in tune with his friend's emotions. Overall he is a rather friendly inkling, but he gets shy around other inklings, and girls(other then Mallory)...which can be bad sometimes on the job as most members of the Octoling Corps are girls he's usually calmer if he is with Mallory. He dreams of being able to preform the abilities of an Octostriker. If he gets enthusiastic about something he becomes very energetic and losses most of his nervousness.

Age: 16

Affiliation: Octarians
Other info: When Mallory was a young octopus she was very loud and happy, most other octopi weren't very interested in interacting with her, but she managed to obtain a friend in the form of the young inkling Sky. As Mallory grew up alongside her new friend, she slowly began to grow less loud, and more reserved, she was still happy, but she began to mostly keep it inside.

Mallory had grown fairly protective of her friend as they grew up together, she stood up to the octolings that didn't want Sky to join the Octoling Corps when they both went to join.

She wears a hat to hide her tentacles when Sky sneaks her to the surface. While often reserved to most, she will talk openly to Sky, and sometimes Bubble. She's not really fond of reading, but will sit down and pretend to read if she wants to be left alone, she likes to collect crystals.

Other info: Bubble is a young inkling who can't yet take humanoid form. Young and curious, Bubble first met Sky and Mallory when he was wandering around and saw them exiting a manhole cover. Bubble saw Mallory's tentacles, but as he had never heard of the octarians he just thought her tentacles looked weird. With some convincing he agreed not to tell anyone about Mallory's 'weird tentacles.'

Bubble will sometimes run into Sky and Mallory and talk to them or try to hang out with them, they don't mind too much but do worry what would happen if he did find out what the octarians were.

Bubble is playful and innocent, he doesn't have a mean bit in his body, but he can be bribed with candy into pranking people.

I'll have to stop now, the computer is lagging badly, sorry the second and third descriptions were lacking, I'll try to fix them later.
