Here's a tip to make her cheerful expression more effective.(On theory it should work)
-Increase the size and length of her mouth.
-Try increase the distance between her eyebrow and eyelid
-You might also want to experiment the curvature of both lids and brows to express emotions properly
I think it's better that for her twin tail,the shading lines of the tail does not reach the base. Also,watch her pinky finger.
Still,on overall this is a nicely done work.
