i was having so much trouble designing- coloring this character, you have clue
even so, i do hope you like how she turned out still,
if not i dunno lol, i dont think i can come back to this one unfortunatly, it was frustrating the piss outta me

I can imagine why it was frustrating, once the basic shading is done, then you have to add an additional layer for the "distorted" pixelish pattern which I am guessing is a reference to missing no. as it is a modified gardevoir from what I can tell.
Reminds me of the days that I made 32x32 sprites -.-
