I haven't done any Final Fantasy XI fan art for some while now and really wanted to do one of my new jobs I had going at the time. My character's name is Taroh and I'm currently on the Asura server in TheSyndicate Linkshell.I have
lvl 75 Blackmage and Thief
lvl 60 Bluemage and Ranger
I actually just got my Redmage to lvl 60 too... maybe I'll add him to the lineup lol. If I have time that is. School is starting soon and I'm going to be really busy.
Colored with Painter X and later Photoshop to put everything together. Used the FFXI Fashion Book as heavy reference and took in-game screenshots for further details.

Whenever it comes to color I have no definite style and so everytime I try a new brush and it came out good this time. I was going for a watercolor-ish look.

the original character designs belong to Square Enix from Final Fantasy XI. If you like the designs you should check out a book that has all the armors and equipments from Final Fantasy XI. It's called Final Fantasy XI: Fashion 2007.
