"The Eye of Harmony" Is a science-fiction term used for an artificially created Quantum Singularity.. or Black Hole. The term was originally used in the Classic Doctor Who Series. "The Eye of Harmony" is created by "The Hand of Omega"... a device that was also capable of deconstructing matter at the atomic level, and could be used to destroy whole star systems...
The Eye was used to power Gallifrey, the Home planet of the time lords.
I kinda fell in love with the term a while back, and it just seemed so perfect for this style piece <3
