Description
Sociopathic, fast and above all scary (for different reasons). Edward Cullen now has to fight The Reverse Flash.
Why? Because I want to!

Reverse Flash
-Speedster/Speed Force Conduit
--Superhuman speed (he is able to run near mach 2 speeds)
--Rapid cellular regeneration (can heal damage faster than any human, even to the point where what could be permanent damage would just take a while to heal)
--Extreme force generation (using his speed, Eobard can deliver very powerful blows with little to no strain)
--Bodily vibration (he can vibrate any part of his body, uses this to hide his identity by blurring his face and garbling his voice or can vibrate his molecules to phase through solid objects)
--Speed vacuum (he can generate powerful winds that can blow beings miles away)
--Accelerated perception (he can keep track of The Flash when he was going mach 2)
--Superhuman endurance (Eobard can take much more damage than a normal human)
--Speed mirages (he can move so fast he appears to be in multiple places)
--Time travel (Eobard has travelled through time by colliding with a hydrogen particle at at least mach 2)
--Electrokinesis (Eobard can generate red lightning from his body)
-Eobard has Genius-level intellect
--He is shown to be a great business acumen, expert tactician/Manipulator/Negotiation, expert hand-to-hand combatant and an expert Speed Force user
-Weaknesses: Connection to the Speed Force is unstable (seems to have regained control at the end of the season), liquids float when he is coming near (more of a give-away than a weakness), nanite made by Ray Palmer can be used to prevent him using his speed, cold temperatures can slow him down (though the examples of this were from Barry fighting Captain Cold, his gun reaching absolute zero), if any of his ancestors die, he ceases to be as he is from the future, the electricity in his system can be absorbed (can be jump started again), has a hyper-metabolism, (he has to take in more nutrients/calories than a normal human)

Edward Cullen
-"Vampire"
--Has sharp senses, superhuman strength, speed, endurance, healing factor, and agility
---Edward has shown to stop a car going 60 miles per hour with ease, can run an approximate 45-150mph and has shown to be harmed by those as strong if not stronger than him
-Is telepathic
--Immune to most vampire weaknesses
-Is a skilled fighter for his speed rather than being the strongest
-Has over 90 years of experience (maybe?)
-Weaknesses: Can be burned, decapitated and torn apart (the latter two by strong opponents), is romantically involved with an idiot

Victor: Reverse Flash
1. Reverse Flash is faster than Edward, Edward not being able to reach mach 1 and Reverse Flash was able to move just under that speed, if not matching it. Even then, he has fought someone who is faster than mach 2.
2. Expanding on the last point, it may be possible Reverse Flash can process information so fast that Edward can't read his mind.
3. While Edward may be older than Eobard, Eobard has knowledge from the late 22nd century. Even if vampires aren't discovered by then, he is still ahead of everyone else on Earth.
4. Edward has not shown to fight that fast, even then Eobard can vibrate his hand through Edward's chest and take out his heart.
5. The electricity from Eobard could theoretically set Edward on fire and the force he generates could deal serious damage to the "vampire".

How it could go down
The factor here is speed vs durability. There is no doubt that Eobard is faster and smarter, so Edward can't touch him. Eobard would likely wear down Edward with precise strikes to various parts of his body at speeds Edward couldn't keep up with before going for a killing blow, vibrating his hand through the "vampire's" chest and crushing his heart. While/if Edward would get back up, this could reveal an opening as the skin would crack if it was like diamond. The Man In The Yellow Suit would do this again and again to various parts of Edward's body, breaking him over and over again until a decapitation, where Edward won't get back up.
