Well, she's not really a majin either, she's an android with all the cells from these fighters so....but what IS biomechanical? Cell is that but...he's clearly not mechanical at all. Hmm....

Hard to say honestly, we never see her act like gooey Majins either.
As for the Sangue, that probably would actually be the most fitting for her, giving her glutenous nature and all that. The other option is probably very obvious, as you may imagine.
