Oh look, a new boi that I was excited to get from xXDartingDragonsXx!
Originally found here , I really got into his design and had many ideas I wanted to give to him. So here's his new design, a name and a place to call home in my Undertale AU Cybercore!

Name: RESON-8
Species: Anti-virus (perfectly balanced mix of cybertech and biological being.)
Gender: Male
Height: 6'1"
Job Sector: Data Control
Model Theme: Sound barrier, uses soundwaves as his weapon.
Weapon Type: Oversized headphone speakers--can be used as projectiles or long-distance.

Other Info:
--Drinks coffee on the rego.
--Has the bad habit to drink coffee creamer right out of the carton.
--Has a healthy (or unhealthy) friendly rivalry with Cybercore Sans.
--His voice has a calm, robotic effect in its tone (example: Al-an from Subnautica) and usually does not raise it unless necessary.
--Very high amounts of patience as it is a needed function for his job.
--Is not angered easily though there are those few sensitive situations where he must be.
--Is programmed to deal with all levels of sensitive information and only shares the highest level upon request of higher ups.
--Due to the factor above this one, he is excellent at keeping secrets.
--Very good at working under high-pressured situations--this is thanks to having literal nerves of steal.
--Due to working in Data Management, he has become good friends with Sage who works in the same sector.
--The many bone segments along his tail rotate around simultaneously and each prong on them are actual thumb drives that release from their ports when willed.
--The star shards on his forehead and tail tip are parts of save stars that were worked into his model design to aid in data control and record keeping.
--Not a Sans.

Created as a data-storage anti-virus, Reson-8 was a created being (as many Cybercore personal are) as a product from a group of other higher up Anti-viruses. One in which was a heavy influence in his theming of design was Dr. Alphys--as well as other anime-loving 'nerds'. His model group call this particular sector of anti-virus designers as the 'Nerds Above' as though they are creations of a natural and unnatural fusion of living metal do not see anyone of Creation department as 'gods' but more so as just excited nerds playing their part in joy. As one of many designed for his particular job role, he is a model best suited for high rates of data traffic that near constantly flows through his department of which he must analyze, create a new data file for, enter current data statuses and move the flow of particular data to where it needs to be sent should any particular action with this data is needed. Though his patience in incredible to say the least, he also loses track of time in this manner and can end up doing more hours of work than he intended. Despite being a being of both metal and flesh, even he needs to rest his 'battery' and someone else can take over for him in his sector room.

Outside his data management role is he well mannered and very cool-headed. However, a more lively side to him is allowed to show upon not needing to be 100% professional where his own hobbies come into play. Designed in sound wave theming, he has a taste for music--and the more up beat and body-moving it is, the more he'll like it. With his core located in his chest also doubling as a speaker, he will play music files he's downloaded in his memory files from it to take his music wherever he goes. Using this same technology program, he can speak in other voices too, mimicking others in and out of their world to a perfect T so long as the voice tones were recorded clearly. Any world's data that is outside the range of Cybercore's scanners is not within his databanks and therefore won't have any files or records on the inhabitants that may or may not be living out there. Another hobby of his is he likes knowledge, and though he has a *lot* of that as is, he always enjoys learning more, even if that means having to discover it himself. He likes solving mysteries and any questionable data that crosses his way he'd make a copy of for himself to later investigate himself. Mysteries of the Grid are always exciting to him, especially if a cause for something isn't yet known...and he'd be willing to find out. So long as it doesn't bring him into a really bad place that is.

While skilled in the art of strife with powerful abilities over sound and barriers--he is more so designed to protect and therefore his skill set isn't grand enough to place him on the frontlines who actively head out of their world to take on the dangerous viruses that threaten the many AUs within Cybercore's reach. Not that he wants to as he knows his knowledge is far greater than his combat skills--but this just gives him more of a one up over his 'rival' Cyber as he can outsmart him should he need to. Seeing, you know, he can't best Cyber in the art of combat....but the art of war is another story.~

While Reson-8 is best suited for an in-world role and therefore is not given any assignments that would allow him to go out onto the Grid, that doesn't mean he doesn't do so on his own time--especially ones that can music involved where he can hear new beats. He certainly has a high taste for music after all. One can only blame his model theme after all--with speakers doing what they do best.~
