Because I could and wanted to. :IOk, time to explain~
In the rp with my sister (all my DP artworks are related to the same rp story LOL), of Danny and friends visit a completely different world--the Dragon Realms. It being a completely different world, it is a completely different dimension. In each dimension it has different versions of the same people in all the other dimensions. This here is Danny Fenton of the Dragon Realms, the Danny that was born and raised in the very world of which Danny, Sam and Tucker are visiting.

Name: Daniel Fenton (mostly addressed as Daniel but will answer to Danny as well)
Hero name: Helsing
Age: 14 (can range from 14-17 years old depending on the rp)
Species: Half human, half werepire.
NOTE
Depending on rp, this can either be the original Danny or be the Dragon Realms Daniel--just not sure how Danny Fenton from Earth would gain the Werepire form--known as Helsing.
Either one works. ;D
Story
Daniel Fenton is a 14 year old boy that lives in a world of magic, goes to a school of magic (think Harry Potter) and was born into a family of Vampire Hunters. His family has been hunting the unholy for over three generations, leaving them vampire-obsessed and the thought that all flesh-eating night beasts are pure evil burned into their minds. The Fenton Stronghold sits in the near center of a town called Grimtear, where a near three story stone wall surrounds the area as a defense against the unholy. This Stronghold used to be the home of Count Dracula, Daniel's uncle Vlad, before he was driven out of the land of the living by earlier generations of the Fenton blood. Ever since Dracula's castle has been made the home of the well known Vampire Hunters.
Though the lands it sits in is based on the dark ages (think Van Helsing), the Fenton Stronghold is more technical underneath. Daniel's parents have a lab underneath the stone building, where they experiment on and create newer and more effective weapons against stronger and higher ranked vampires and werewolves--also labeled as Black Veins due to the vampire's black blood and anything that bares dark magic within their veins. Within the lab is a giant map of the entire lands, though this map is secretly the doorway to the other world--Transylvania. On a fateful day, the day Daniel's parents tried to force the gates to open, though obviously failed and had to give up on it, Daniel was foolish enough to push the machine to work and open the portal of which lead to the vampire's stronghold and home.
With his curiosity getting the better of him, he placed his hand through the portal, not realizing that only the Black Veined can pass through. The dark magic that was designed to kill any who tried to enter instead changed Daniel's life forever by infusing his DNA with both Black Veined creatures at once, making him the first Black Veined Werepire of the lands. Now baring his new secret and learning his new powers, abilities and powers of the shadows, he fights against the evil Black Veined creatures to protect his town and figure a way to stop his unholy uncle Vlad without his secret spilling out to his family and people or being killed in the process by his own loved ones. His very species confused his family as he doesn't die the usual ways they've always used to kill vampires, making them think he's a higher class Black Vein and desire to capture him for research and experiments to help them develop newer ways to kill his kind.

Used this guy in my sister and my rp of Sara bringing Danny and friends to her realm. I liked this guy enough to make him an official chara of mine...my personal version of Danny just cause I really wanted one. .w.
Ok, so Daniel's two shoulder capes can change to wings and back to Daniel's will. In his Werepire form, Helsing, his wings can 'mold' into his back where they disappear, allowing him to use more of his lycan traits on the field and/or to protect his wings from being damaged or broken--the usual methods to keep a vampire grounded.
NOTE
This Danny is from the Dragon Realms dimension, each dimension has its own version of Danny, Sam, Tucker--EVERYONE. They are ALL the original beings, just born/created and raised in a different world.

A world that is a mixture of Skyrim, Harry Potter and Van Helsing references is a magical and freaking detailed one! XD

Deep underground in his parent’s lab, a Black Veined creature was held captive. This werevampire was unlike the others of his kind as he still had a human heart.
Danny made the creature an offer. Either remain forever chained up in his parent’s basement or to team up with him to fight off the supernatural to protect their town and the people that Danny cares about. The creature whom calls himself Hellion agrees to Danny’s offer as the two form a blood pact. Danny and Hellion uses their combined powers, abilities and powers of the shadows, they fight against the evil Black Veined creatures and other supernatural threats to protect the town and figure a way to stop his unholy uncle Vlad without Danny’s secret spilling out to his family and people or being killed in the process by his own loved ones.
as promised here is the story idea as I kept many of the same concepts that you had created. I hope that you like the idea and that this meets your approval. when I start writing the story I will let you know. Thanks once again for the opportunity to use the images and idea for story. I hope that you will come up for more images of the other supernatural creatures that I could use for the story.

I see you stuck to the main majority of the story I had already envisioned, and I see a bit of a conflict in the story you've put in. If Helsing is locked up in the lab, then his family already knows about him. So course they will notice he's missing. Have you thought up a way around/explaining that without his family going on a witch hunt after him?

I plan for the Fenton's to figure out that somehow Hellion managed to escape with aid from one of its kind. Jack and Maddie have forbidden Danny and Jazz to enter the basement but, curiosity got the best of Danny. He could often sense and hear Hellion's cries and decided while they were out hunting, Danny snuck down stairs to find Hellion.

hey I was wondering if I could use this idea for a fanfiction story. I will give you full credit for the character and idea. I might change some of it in order to kind of make it my own as I might use the two images that you had created with your permission of course.

As much of an awesome request this is, I'm still unsure what to decide as some things are still unclear to me.
When you say 'change some things', by what things are you meaning? And 'to make it my own', are you saying you want to change the design and story a bit so that you can claim the idea as yours? Or was that just saying to have your own touch to it though the idea remains mine? I've had bad experiences with this sort of thing in the past so I'm a bit timid when it comes to the idea of someone else wanting to use my works and ideas for their own story...I've had an idea be 'stolen' from me before and I prefer that is doesn't happen again.

I was planning on having the werevampire be seperate from him. Give the werevampire the name phantom. I plan for Danny to still be a hunter and such. Just phantom would be his partner as Danny bonds phantom to him this way the werevampire can't harm anyone and can only feed on danny

There's a few things out of that idea that bothers me, but I can allow you permission to use the design for your story but only on a couple conditions.
First is please do make it clear that your story is only using the design/idea and that it has nothing canon to this design's actual story. The last thing I'd want to happen is the story gets known out there in the fandom and your fanfiction is what gets known to the picture instead of getting to know the actual story. Second--and I stress this--do not ship them. Please don't do that--whether you're into that side of the fandom or not. e_e;;;; I'm not a fan of it and it really disturbs me. ;;; Those are the only two things that must be agreed on before permission is given.
And though this isn't a condition, I'd thought I'd suggest giving Helsing--who you're wanting to call Phantom in your story--a different name seeing he has nothing to do with ghosts or ectoplasom in any way. That is, unless you can/have figured a way to relate the name to him already, he is 50% vampire, 50% werewolf and 0% ghost afterall. Imo, Phantom doesn't really fit his appearance. xD; But again, that's not a condition and only a thought.
If you agree to these terms, then I'll grant you permission to use the design. :3

thanks so much. I will gell together an idea for you to read for your approval. I also will use the two images that you had created (with permission of course as I want to use one as the main image for the cover). I will be posting this story when I do sit down to write it on two sights. both fanfiction.net and wattpad. I will be calling the story "supernatural hunters". I will be telling my readers that the idea and characters are yours and that I am using the idea that you had come up with and images with your permission. people can call find them under my username which is the same as on this sight. thanks once again for the permission on to write this story.

Perhaps you can start with a little history narrated by danny up to his transformation then start the story like why, powers, weakness. And please give sam and tucker some kind of slow awakening powers it's kinda annoying that they couldn't do much to help danny in cannon

So that being said you have a pretty good prologue going for ya so now comes how the transform works and how the half werewolf tucker and half vampire sam fit in then how both works on danny it would be hard with the instincts to hide it at first so start in the last bit of "summer break" that gives time to down play the reactions to certain stimuli such as blood and raw meat or small animals
