a thestral study, it only took me an hour or so i think. i figure that if i draw a heap of them, when i go to paint one it wont look stupid.Related content

yeh i look at its head when i finished it and said "good thing this is a study", and yeh its just a side on study so i didnt bother putting the other bits in. ill be doing more of these in the future because my canvas is waiting to be painted on... i'll deffinantly post the finish painting... thanks for the comments

WOW, this piece really caught my eye on the front page. Even though it's a sketch, I really like it. The head looks a bit too large for the body, and I think the hooves could be larger. Also might want to add a 3-D element by adding it's right legs! Otherwise it looks nice.

I think it's head should be a tad bit longer...
It looks a bit squished.
