Description
The Burr fills a niche similar to that of racoons on Earth, a nocturnal opportunist that will eat anything from seeds to carrion, if it's edible the burr will eat it. It has thick fur to help stave off the cold especially during the harsh winter months and also to offer better protection against any predators that might get a lucky bite on one. They are quick and relatively calm around people, although they will probably either bite you or run away if you get too close. Their crafty little hands can get into all sorts of things like garbage cans, your survival pack, and into your home if they try hard enough. Their large ears offer a huge advantage over most predators who do not have as great hearing in comparison, and can hear danger from a kilometer away.
