You are not the first person to ask about that, but that is Asht'ao (or just Ash), he belongs to Okami-Haru .
He's had a history of fancying Suni for some time. It all started on a Valentine's Day, two years ago "Get Out Of My Way... ".

I think out of the entire meme, the fourth panel is my favorite. Maybe it's the contrast of Suni and the regular Predator. Maybe it's just the talking alien head.
I'm guessing the meter in the fifth panel is referring to Suni not quite being "of age" yet, right?
And whoever is throw Pokeballs at her is a meanie butt.

Yes, you're right. I had to symbolize it somehow - either a line up of a late tadpole stage, or a speedometer. Suni's age has never really been made official, even if she's my personal based predsona - but Yaut'ja age different than humans.
