Where - this is from Suni's ask blog. When the background is white it means there's isn't any specific destination.
And the green glow is her blushing. I've drawn it once before here, since blushing is blood flushing to the cheeks it wouldn't be correct for it to be red or pink, as Predator blood is green and glowing.
