They are like techno Guy, but they are just like the borg (star trek next generation). In other words, they use their masks to multiply themselves(not sexually).
The worst part is, once you're there is no turning back.

Their masks are made of a special material that liquifies and covers your body. Also, they are even more dangerous than the borg.
