This MiniAlto can create snowflakes instead of electric shocks. The cloud it carries on it's back is very cold. Take care not to touch it or you might get frostbite!This auction has ended.

Yes. MiniAltos are a subspecies of Fulminaltos
They're much smaller, at around 2 inches, with stockier limbs.
