Not quite sure what I'm going to do with this character. Here's what I do have:
He's known as the Iron King. Mainly because people have only ever seen his body double, who is typically wearing heavy ceremonial armor. In reality, the Iron King has been hooked into this throne room for some time, using the very technology that allowed him to gain dominance.
