i was actually planning to save this for later, but maybe now is the time, i was once this bad, i spent hours on this, i still remember.... but i was proud of it,OK, there you have it! my first ever drawing of Liaas, 5 years ago
her initial design was way different than it is today isn't it?. her name was even spelt Liass... back then

Liaas still has that Scythe, but it's now a scythe-like necklace...
All the way from a powerfull sword-user to.....well.... Liaas....
everybody starts somewhere... this is where Liaas and I started...

No, I owe you very much for the inspiration. Very very much, I mean. ^^ You draw details very good, it's giving me the motivation to try it at least, but it's much more than that.
And while I was designing the nekogirl 'Vyee', I knew from many ref on the net that kitty ears generally have 2 variations; on top of the head and on the sides. I was deciding for which one is the best for me, and some hesitation to take the 2nd one although it's better resemble the human ears.
But seeing the best example from you, I think her developed ears are now much more like Liaas'! XD (There are some pics having ears like Liaas, but I trust you more somehow ^^).

Its really fun looking back on old pictures, it reminds you of how much you've learned over the years and somtimes just overnight, if you looked at my gallery you can tell how much i improved from my first submission and my most recent ones its cool watching the process ^^

I still think you started off better than most. Only real thing that needed work back then was the fingers, but everyone has trouble with those.
