various filters in photoshop, i tweaked it so many times i cant really remember specifics. mainly i just goof around till it looks right.

i think i posted this same pic like three times, but however i couldnt find it in my gallery. lol, i really didnt want it to show up in recent deviations since its not really recent. its been tweaked so much, im sure people are tired of it. i really wanted it as a daID, so here we are again.
