If you're not a Pokemon fan, I bet you didn't know Cacturne is called the "Scarecrow" Pokemon.

Location: In Ruby or Sapphire you'd have to catch a Cacnea in the desert area and level it up to 32. In Diamond/Pearl/Platinum version, you need to go to Route 228 to find Cacturne.

He's trying to protect the Sunkern from the mob of Murkrow, lol, but grass types are weak against flying types. Miltank is doing her best to help.
