in their tutorials, what does it mean when they say.. get the image from the cover cd... i never can seem to know what they are talking about!

It means to use what comes on the cd with that issue of the magazine, as the tutorials on digital arts, computer arts etc, they are published with the magazine but some of the ones they put online don't provide the resources.
