This is a quick tutorial I made, showing how I made my ADAM syringe. Since my computer is broken down, I had to make it in MS Paint, which was very sad and lame and crappy.

Anyways, here it is and I hope it helps!!

EDIT: I recently added a baby bottle nipple to the end of the jar. You shouldn't need instructions.
